RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Ineligible for return
1) Insufficient shipping address: Buyers have responsibility to enter correct shipping address when placing orders. We will not refund for items which are re-sent to us due to insufficient address. Re-send option is available in some cases but buyers have to pay for extra cost.
3) Item incorrect: This is customers’ responsibility in picking right items.
Eligible for return
1) Defective Item: we accept return for items which have quality issues such as: blurry print, uneven color, crack design etc…
2) Damaged: Item is damaged when arrived such as crack, broken
3) Wrong item: Wrong size, wrong design
Return and Replacement process
Customers have 14 days since the product arrives to claim a return. This time frame includes: filling a claim following our instruction and return item to us. If the item is sent to us after this, only partial refund is processed.
To file a claim for return or exchange, customer have to follow the below procedure:
1) Sending an email to our support email. This email has to include following information: order number, reason for return or exchange, pictures to illustrate issues.
2) After receiving emails, our team will take 1-2 days to investigate that it is eligible for return or not
3) If the return is accepted, an email with return address will be sent to customers. Customers will have responsibility to pay for return shipping cost.
4) After receiving return item, a refund will be processed.
5) For exchange item, an email with new tracking number will be sent to customers after the exchange items are sent.
Return product: Returned items must be in original conditions with no sign of wear or wash out.
Receive your refund
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Change or Cancel order
All orders are hold for 1 business days before processing for any change or cancel. Please contact us at our support email within this time frame if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
No change or cancel can be made after orders are process to fulfill department for producing.
